Nah, it never get demolished.

This girl is basically a tsundere, she mock his food once, he improve it, next day he ask her to try again, +1 regular customer.

Beyond that in no particular order:
He get another group of customers, this time a rowdy bunch of craftsmen.
He also get 2 inn that buy giba meat from him. One asking him to cook something they can reheat in the evening and sell for dinner due to customer requests, the other one buy raw giba meat to experiment and make their own dish (though Asuta was involved in development of said dish)
Eventually he also hire more people to help out (all forest people tho)

So while there's going to be serious plot events in term of his stall it's doing just fine.

This is starting to seriously feel like a simulation game. As he meets more people and improves his connections he gets more ingredients to make more food so he can improved his standing and customer base and profits and so on. I love it. It makes a bit slow pacing though, but it's not too bad with this chapter length. I have to say I really enjoy him making dishes on the fly as he tastes and tries different ingredients.
