Heyo, the retainers are like other houses/groups/families within the territory but when "everyone here" is referred to, I think he means their family. At least, that's what I inferred from the raw.
It's odd. I don't know what in a raw but the scene and entire interaction gives different felling. Everyone having so much respect and love for her (as a war goddess) that Brest had to be strict with her. And with how muscle-headed they are no one cared about houses/groups/families (as we would see how they do theirs taxes). For me at least sentence should be like this:
There isn't a single retainer who does hate that insane woman.
Wonderful first 3 pages
also, surprised he didn’t do a mock battle to show the demons his strategies or something like that. If strength is everything, then showing how to hiss that strength effectively would’ve been best
In some SLC classrooms I was in when I was little, they had almost the same room. When you wouldn’t behave they’d just lock you in the room until you calmed down, news flash being trapped in a room doesn’t calm you down. At least the demons in this manga had writing supplies, I wasn’t so lucky there was nothing but a desk with nothing on it. Being dragged into that room led to me disliking physical contact
Sorry, i am a not native English speaker, but doesn't this two contradict itself?
The way i see it, first he says that every retainer hate her, than he telling that everyone adore her, as "Goddess of War".
You're on to something because it's actually a straight mistranslation, the OG line is more or less "There is not a single vassal of Elwyn who would hate that wild tomboy."
