I just want to note that "Go no Sen" is three words, not one, and there's a good deal more to it than "attack to block attacks" or whatever. It's one of the three 'initiatives of attack' in Japanese martial arts. Those are: Go no Sen (allow your opponent to attack first, then counter), Sen no Sen (attack at the same time as your opponent, making your attack into both offense and defense), and Sen-Sen no Sen (pre-empt your opponent's attack, strike before they are ready). There's a LOT written about all three and what exactly they mean in different disciplines (Karate, Judo, Kendo, Aikido, etc) and different contexts (like business meetings or social gatherings). Just saying, this could use a TL note. A bigger TL note.
