Poor MC. Saying those types of things is definitely raising a flag for his sister to appear. Since she doesn't know what happened to him other than disappearing much less any means of tracking or following him I doubt she'll be able to appear on her own. Considering the hero summoning stones Mamon is selling all over the place to monsters and humans she'll probably get summoned by one of those later on as the MC raises more flags. If it does happen the summoners better treat her well or she'll probably wreck them like the MC wrecked the orcs who summoned him if she has even half his skills and battle prowess. Probably won't happen for at least 100 chapters or so though but will be interesting if she is summoned.
Also, he's an idiot. Just because the world doesn't have condoms doesn't mean there isn't something equivalent or does everything a condom does but called something else. Heck considering it's a magic world there's probably a water spell that can sheath his sword and contain semen or a spell that prevents pregnancy. Should really ask around before assuming there's nothing.

@RiseOne Considering how he was shaking in terror at the end of last chapter and was comforting himself that she couldn't be in this world I'd say she's the extreme brocon yandere type. As for being evil more likely rather than enjoying the dark side or inflicting pain and agony on others the usual template is a sociopath who considers those that hate her brother evil, and those that like him ok to let live as long as don't interfere or interrupt her time with her brother or get too close to him. That, and she somehow has a traumatizing way of subduing him. Could be a blackmailer who knows how to twist the thumbscrews for maximum effect, a prodigy at information gathering and planning, a martial artist at or above his level, or some combination of the above.
