it’s been a long time since I’ve read this manga, I’m surprised that it’s still the same arc as the last time I’ve read this lol. Yeah the author definitely dragged this battle way too long, probably didn’t want it to end yet considering the mc already facing which most likely is the final boss. But I’ve feel like they already digging the grave since the beginning of this manga, since the pace before this arc is too fast. For example in chapter 3 alone, the mc already met most of his acquaintances, go across the continent to the demon territory, all the way to the demon castle, and is about to save the demon queen already. It feels like there should be more of a journey before the mc even get there, and him saving the demon queen should be saved for later chapters. And now the story is already on the last battle a bit too early and they just had to dragged it on now.

yes, pacing was terrible. mc didn't grow at all, there was no journey, and the side characters aren't that cool. the only interesting part of the manga is the villains, and the author must know that, so he's dragging this out but it's ruining the manga🙃

Better than watching the one piece anime, that shit will literally take four seasons just to accomplish 1 small objective. Reading the manga is faster by several thousand miles.
