I swear, Foa is the most human character so far. Perfection really. He is biased due to his experiences. All his biases are absolutely valid and in literally every other scenario, he would be right. It just so happens though that he isn't. Can't really blame him. We are humans afterall and all of us operate based on our accrued experiences. When he is shown his misjudgement, he is slow to accept reality (completely normal human reaction. Having your worldview shattered is very difficult to accept mentally. I'd even say he is pretty open minded here.) However he is on the way to acknowledge the MC in possibly the next chapter. So nice things all around. Foa is a great man. Takes his work seriously and tries his best. Examplery really.
