I've got some bad news for you, MC: punches and kicks generate heat because muscles aren't 100% efficient, with the inefficiency typically turning into heat, like in any machine. That's also why moving around keeps you warm in cold. Futhermore, when a kick or punch lands, the collision will again generate heat: the energy used for the movement can't disappear due to the law of conservation of energy and mass, and while some of the energy will be spent on other things, much of it will simply result in heat energy.
