Context since I forgot all about the woman transporter and that she has a totally different case from the reformer request:
The client of the woman transporter is requesting a reincarnated demon lord for their world. They reluctantly accepted the request but planning to send a crappy one instead because they don't really want to do it. The woman was asked to pick someone worthless to be a crappy demon lord and she picked her own bureaucrat civil servant father.

honestly Anna, Lesbian Sadist, and her dad could have a great story of its own. It turns out that her dad, now the Demon Lady, is absurdly competent and immortal and Anna and LS have to keep isekai'ing more heroes to stop the dad. With lots of Anne and LS funtime assides and the god/dess showing up.

Pretty sure lesbian transporter lady is dooming the client's world because of her personal beef. "Cannot accept that I don't like men" =/= incompetent, and her biased assessment of how he "doesn't deserve any position he's assigned to" doesn't change that.
