When was the last time you read a story where the protagonists tried to accomplish something in an emergency, it didn’t work at all, total failure, and the scene ended on that note. Wow.
Also, imagining this animated or in live action is just bonkers, I love it.
What an episode. Wow.
Now I want the story of the group that got sent to the other world. I mean, the Gae Gae girls were there right? I wanna see that.
Truly awesome.
I've loved this series since the first chapter, but never expected it to receive this much development.
Kind of don't like how detached from all of this mc seems to be, but I guess that will help him in the long run.
Nope. Recall when the main character transported a police officer. The same technique could have been used for the pinned co-worker. This bit of tragic horror was poorly constructed.
Okay, but for the sake of anyone else who didn't get it:
With her pinned under the truck, they could have dropped the device on her as they did with the cop. And, even after she was torn in two, they could have tried dropping the device on her.
I guess for people who may not understand what happens at the end:
The truck lady doesn't get transported because she died way before getting hit by the reincarnation device. In Chapter 1, it explains that for a person to be reincarnated they specifically need to be hit by either the Front Panel or Bumper to have their spirit displaced from their body.
He ended up having to string up her body in-order to make sure he was hitting her in such a way that her spirit could get displaced from her body properly and be sent into the interior of the reincarnation device to be transported. I suppose another reason her spirit may not have been transported was because she was missing half of her body meaning her spirit couldn't get displaced properly without her other already crushed other half available.
