Realistically speaking she's a lot more functional than she probably should be, taking into account her skills I imagine she was under mind control for years, she was literally seeing as nothing but a tool, so why would they leave her without the mask unless necessary after all? So it's kinda of a surprise she has any personality, hell, if not for the fact that speaking is convenient, I imagine they wouldn't even bother teaching her how to speak.

About her obsession with food, besides the obvious that she was deprived of basically everything, I imagine they only fed her the necessary to survive, so of course when free she would go crazy about food.

I'll be honest, it feels kind of weird reading this manga now especially since the slavery chapter. It's like, there's not even any reason for the slavery chapter? It's not affecting the story or anything, and it hasn't been brought up again. It feels now like it's just the author wanting a reason to defend slavery, and now that's just stuck at the back of my mind.

If he can make a stove he should be able to make a table too. Doing it on the ground like this is awful, the food is going to get dirty. It looks awkward as fuck and what the hell is this knife technique. That's not how you mince meat, they have no control over the blade or the meat, they're just going to end up taking a long time to get a pile of uneven cuts covered in dirt and maybe an injury. This is bothering me so much more than it should.
