Okay, somebody needs to explain just what the fuck I just read. Which parts are allegory/symbolism and which parts are real. I'm assuming the Diary was real. That's the thing that made the most sense. But as to the rest, my mind is full of fuck...

Okay, there were some somewhat helpful comments on sadpanda:
It's a metaphor for relationships. The mansion where all the women live is within the dude's mind. His mother, his sister, and girls he has had past relationships with, exaggerated as sexual, are in there. They dislike Hitomi because she's the actual girl Rokurou has settled with and they're unhappy with being replaced as the object of his affection. He's most likely in a coma from falling off a cliff into the ocean but that too could be a metaphor. The blonde detective and maid are most likely his subconscious defense mechanisms or something similar to that. It's very reasonable and a wonderful level of artistry for hentai
and
Think of it like this.

The main character was a "monster"(shown by the highly symbolic maid chapter of what happened what she was little), living in a mansion with other rapists(maybe), who kept the women like livestock, but one day fell off a cliff and is now in a semi? comma. Don't be fooled by his current meek personality and look at the personality shown by the the "dream" girls. Classmate, loli sister, piercing girl..ect. That is what he was like before he fell off a cliff.

Ps: The movie clip was real
tl;dr This is like Ikuhara (Utena, Penguindrum, etc) drawing hentai while on acid.

Me: Everything happening in there is supposed to be real, then clobbered together. Or so how it has went, but for some reason, it went there, yet it also goes over there, then it gets back there, followed to be there and so forth... Whew.

Anyway, I am hard most of the time, but I didn't rub myself off, that is for sure.
