tbh other than looking up references i wouldn't be surprised if some authors just gave everyone 'modern day suits but more colorful/shiny' b/c they didn't wanna design unique outfits each time lol

She wouldn't be wrong, though. Isidor really seems to love himself a whole lot. He couldn't even make the report on himself more believable by inserting anything not outright explicitly positive. He wrote it to be nothing but high praise from the beginning till the end, despite being an information broker relied on by the crown prince himself and thus a solid professional, who should have known better. But he does love himself a little bit too much for his own good.

It felt less like loving himself than trying to shine under the best light possible because he is maddly in love for her.
But love turn you blind, so, he didn't realised she was seeing something was wrong with his reports.
