Yes it is weird that it is missing. Shinsei Scans did the scanlation, but they are no longer active and their homepage has been hijacked by a malware site.

You can still find chapter 1 on other websites as @Marius8 mentioned. The title of the manga essentially tells you what happens, but the chapter also explains why Aine was enslaved and how her slave collar works (and there is a pretty hot ecchi scene...)
