Uff, jealousy is terrible. They both need to chill as they are reacting the same way to situations that they shouldnt be reacting this way to. Lili is not banging Hodaka and Hiromi speaking of the other girls doesnt mean he doesnt love Lili. Both need to work on themselves. This jealousy drama seems silly but the situation is pretty realistic IRL.
