Understandable, since this was in the DMCA. MD might have to remove the rest of the chapters.
Apparently they will at some point. There was a thread on the support forum where someone asked about continuing to upload chapters on a series that had all but its most recent chapters deleted (like this one) and someone posted a screenshot from the MD Discord where a staffer/mod/whoever said that the reason some series got incomplete purges had to do with how deletions happen and for the sake of not stressing/screwing up the site.
Because of this it's best to expect that those series will have the rest of their chapters deleted at some point when the mods come back around to them.
For that reason if there are any series that you like that have been partially, but not completely purged, you might want to make note of the group or contact info for any of their translators so that you can get updates later on. You wouldn't want to come back to a series, see all the chapters gone, and think "shit, I can't remember which group was doing this" and be unable to find the uploader's account or their discord or whatever.
