At this point, Lily should be able to understand Hiromi’s feelings—just like when she disappeared for the whole night with her male friend from her university. At first, I was rooting for her, but after what she did, it made me change my mind.
This is exactly what pisses me off about stories like this, they make the characters unbelievably stupid for the purpose of drama and/or ragebait. Any girl with above room-temp IQ would have figured out what she did wrong, but she's somehow STILL stuck on "oh I should have just listened to him tee hee that's what I did wrong". She's just... not even considering that what she did with the art guy is exactly what she's worried about Hiromi doing. She has the mindset of a particularly braindead middle school girl.

But that’s where character growth comes in. Whether they like it or not the girls know they Hiromi decided to move out of the shade house even before he went back home.

As for Lili, it’s been established that she has little to no sexual or relationship experience so there will definitely be some growth on her part in both of these aspects. I predict that at some point probably soon Hiromi and Lili will have sex and it will cause PROBLEMS. The new character of the childhood crush is not going to just disappear I think, but instead become the sharehouse girls main rival.

If you’ve read Domestic Konajo or Good Ending the authors other two works this will undoubtedly get messy, characters will grow and there’s going to be some steamy steam hooking up. This manga has been pretty tame compared to her other works.
there's also multiple other characters that haven't had the same amount of relationship screen time that Lili has as it pertains to Hiromi.

If you're correct and this is still the start of the series and there's a lot to go in terms of the narrative, then Lili and Hiromi need to have some sort of conversation so they can address what's been left unsaid between them, but hooking up right away without any work done regarding the ....what, 6 other women in his life (if you want to include Mine, otherwise 5 since you've stated that Nonoka's not out of play yet) seems like a lot of strange favoritism being paid to a single character that continues to sideline multiple others.

Yes, I'm certain that there will be a bunch of drama throughout this series, but I guess I'm just expecting to see it involving more than just the one girl he's had any form of intimacy with already, unless the others are just there to facilitate Lili's path to Hiromi's side.

If they hook up now and it gets out and anyone else in the Sharehouse objects to it, that feels like it would fully put the nail in any coffin of something working between the two of them down the line, because that's two strikes against their relationship before they've even managed to work through the first big problem they've faced.

Lili having no sexual or relationship experience doesn't have to be Hiromi's responsibility. I'm sure it will be because of who the author is, but that also doesn't have to happen right this minute before they manage to get back to Tokyo. Anju's clearly stated she's in the running (which is interesting given I'd assumed they'd still pretend as a group that the "no relationship rule" was in effect, but no one seemed to raise eyebrows at her statement about getting with Hiromi eventually that maybe they've tacitly thrown that out the window), and the others can front all they like but they're all thinking something along the same lines of wanting a piece of action with the ML.

Basically - this would just be double dipping on the Lili Plot and maybe it's just me, but that feels like bad story writing if you're going to introduce 5.5 clear romance interests (Nonoka is .5 because, unless she moves to Tokyo, the lack of proximity is going to make it very hard for her to compete) and then only have one make any real progress, screw them up, then have them try again, before doing anything significant with anyone else.

Ch. 49 raws are out
Lili wanted to see Hiromi's childhood spots, but he decides all of the girls shall see them. Mio returns to her former idol's group place, but they only let her know she crushes on Hiromi because she can't stop bringing his name in their conversations. They say it's amazing how a misandrist like her would rely that much on a man like him for sigjtseeing. She gets angry at them for that, she flashes back to the moments she said "...Hiromi did this for me", "Hiromi could do better than this..."
Tsubasa, now sober, laments for not telling Hiromi she went there to see him, flashes back to a moment in her childhood where she defended a classmate from being bullied (some boys looked at her shirt and she felt assaulted).
Anju stalks Nonoka's SNS and finds out ahe's a therapist. She wonders if Hiromi prefers pure and honest women like Lili or Nonoka and begins to despair and cry because she's a prostitue, so she can't be neither of those 2.
Just when Hiromi was gonna make the girls enter to his house, Tsubasa begins "...i can never accept it. A world where Hiromi isn't here, I can't accept it. Whether i end up thinking about that, i wonder what am i just doing now. And even if you won't mind that, i simply despise that idea. Because as for me... all this time i want to be with Hiromi.
Dammit. The real story seems to be beginning.
