I don't think it goes ANYWHERE. This has to do with intent and awareness when signing contracts (which this VERY MUCH is). If you are being made to sign something without knowing what it entails, the contract is void, plain and simple. He could have just gone to the faculty and told them they had him sign his name on the application form without his knowledge, and bam, he's out.Page 29. Someone with knowledge of Japanese schools please tell me: does this logic actually work in reality? If you dont know what you are signing up for, is it still valid? Can someone actually be forced into a club like this?
