Ruptured eardrums seems painful
Tho you'd think other than being 'pampered' it'd be best to do it yourself tho i just use qtips (i know you're not supposed to but not like i have a lot of wax) those picks always seemed a bit concerning tho versus like 'drops' to dissolve your wax or so

This one really earns that Level 4 rating.
If you have serious wax buildup it's best to see an E.N.T. technician that uses a special acidic solution to dissolve the wax and a water spraying and vacuum tool like dentists have which irrigate and suck out everything of the canal. Safer and more effective. At home you can use a small cap of hydrogen peroxide in your ear while lying on your side for 5 minutes and then turning your to allow it to drain in order to help do much the same thing.
