It's MID for wet dream fantasy manga <-- Wet dream fantasy mangas are usually automatically low-tier art works so yeah, it's pretty bad if taken in context of all mangas.
Critical mistakes in pacing, panel skips are insane. Imagine someone edits a video/movie for the first time and some moments are cut or prolonged too fast and it becomes a jumbled mess.
Next thing is their dialogues either translator used a bot OR dialogues are indeed a jumbled mess, i even thought i have some sort of sudden brain illness where my reading comprehension plummeted.
Plot/Story it's all over the place, something akin to dreams. You do one thing then suddenly priority shifts. Romance is weird, relationships shift and move as if i'm trying to solve a rubik's cube. One moment he bangs a bakery owner, then someone other comes along and bakery owners shifts priority to another guy and MC somehow not okay with then he is okay.
His powers that should have been secret but he tells everyone about like a stall merchant selling hot cakes.
The relationship dynamic is crazy (not romance) he works for the baker but at the same time he acts like a business partner (basically he uplifted that bakery) but i don't understand his role now.
On the bright side: He isn't our usual bottom of society loser who cries like a bitch about being a loser, man has some balls. Not saying it's a good trait or what he does but he acts as most men would act and i can somewhat relate to him. Next thing which very uncommon, he actually tells some people that he came from Japan and his real identity without the usual troupe of keeping it a secret even from close people....Which is quite nice, finally i don't have this frustrating feeling that MC needlessly keeps secrets.
Overall 6/10 or 5/10 is ok for this work.
