@kuzunagi13 if she put a few points into str and agi she could get a whole bunch of vit skills but without anything in either of those two other stats there really isn't anything besides maybe a shield wall for her to get. With a ratio of say 2:5:2 with vit getting the 5 she could start getting some skills that would be useful such as ram/charge which would be a bit OP for her.

@mahtan I believe [cover move ]can only be used if a ally is within a certain range(5m was the original I belive)
Secondly it has limited uses (10 times every hour if I remember correctly)
