Personally if I were to see an up and coming actor who’s 30 and she’s married I would not care so I get why she called him a friend cause for some unknown reason saying he’s her husband might backfire on her but I do feel she’s selfish not even trying to contact the mc even when she’s acknowledged he was there for her being an actor.

But her manager on the other hand not even the flames in hell is enough for her did she not learn from her previous actress

Yk what a great manager would've done. Not forced the divorce, continue to market her as single, then make a whole ass fake drama plot line about how she and her actual husband reunite as star crossed lovers brought away by circumstance and back by it as well. Like your job is to literally make normal folk interesting, how tf did she not think to make a fake ass real soap opera plot line for an upcoming "mega star" in her eyes, that would be such a good signal booster for a good month (and since the older age means she likely won't be active in those kinds of roles frequently anyway, easy segue into mentor older lady type roles and eventually mother patriarch roles)

i think the divorce is solely due to the manager's rule, not the company
-. next chapter mc will meet and talk with her wife, and in the end he signed the divorce paper and send them via mail (i'm not sure about this)
-. After that, the news about "the actress was married and her manager forcing her to divorce as a condition to become actress" is becoming viral.
-. The company order her to do press conference without her manager,
-. in the press conference, she said she was greedy to become an actress and signed the contract knowingly she have to divorce her husband.
-. she said she realized her mistake and she's sorry to the people that supporting her and don't wanna let go both of her marriage and acting career.
-. The company rep said that the manager punishment will be decided later (i think she's fired/resigning because later there's a pic of her with some box wearing sweater)
-. After that she come back to their house and reconcile with the MC.

You know what, although it would have been great to see worse consequences for this dog turd manager, I still think her getting her getting fired and exposed means that her getting employment in the future will be an uphill battle.
