The end was on point for cardio. Makes you hungry and you'll kill your fat loss progress through overeating. Resistance training should be added for both weight loss and overall health. Larger muscles burn energy even at rest and help with weight loss. Don't abandon cardio but don't use it as your sole form of exercise.
