The art may be bad, making fun of those who eat "gross food" kinda veers close to imposing arbitrary cultural standards on people, and the ending may be unusually light for a mangaka who's no stranger to dark finishes, but despite that there is a sort of charm. A self-harming blood fetishists who's employed a team of hypnotized vampires is just a nice, unusual premise. Perhaps it just wasn't meant to be, but I would like to see this or a similar premise revisited.
