being compared to someone, favorably or not, generally makes people uncomfortable in a relationship. it's a constant reminder of previous relationships, and in meguro's case, that's a lot of dicks.

Honestly, the manga does have a point of making sure to take things slow with her. It seems obvious now that she had sex before she was ever ready, and is using it as a means to validate herself and her relationships with her romantic partners.

Personally, I don't see sleeping around as a problem so long as it's consensual and there's a tacit understanding between partners about the nature of sex and relationship, but that isn't the case here.
