Ohhhhh . . . I always thought Reudiger was being hard done by, he was never a man with ice in his heart and no room for love. It's nice to see this all coming out now.
I think this all goes to show that the people Judith thought had changed due to her intervention hadn't changed at all - they were always like this, except that circumstances and chance had cast a shade over those aspects of their characters. It was never about changing the genre, the key was always to find a way to let people show their true colours.

So what's next? Judith and Luca are closer than ever. Luca is not a Winterwald, but he is a royal descendant. Judith and Ruedigger are in love, but the crusty King Emiritus just won't have it (Thanks, Jonass).
I guess we need to have a drama arc where Luca finds his new place without House Winterwald, and Judith needs to get her Marriage to Ruedigger approved. Possibly those two goals end up working together? As others pointed out, Marrying Jud/Rued makes Luca an unofficial Winterwald again. And proving that Jonas was never a Winterwald could get the king to redirect his anger.

Correct me if I`m wrong but wasn`t the wish cup something only winterwalds could use yet Luca used it despite claiming not to be of winterwald blood? Did the author mess up or is it mistranslation? "Ch. 107-108?"
