It's more Luca hates/distrusts Ruediger deeply because of what Ruediger said to Luca in "the novel" right before he dies protecting him, that it was only due to "duty". And young, naive, idealist Luca was not "loved" by his uncle. Oof.

Luca thinks Ruediger will hurt his Aunt, whom Luca believes is the only one who truly does care about him. As for if there is a familial love deeper than that:

Luca also knows from before he turned back time with his wish,

that Vanessa's personality type was "playing around" and "sowing wild oats". She was going to divorce the Duke anyway after bearing an heir (for the railway contract), his father (Jonas) doesn't even carry the Duke's blood (Vanessa slept with some random person) meaning Luca already knew he wasn't even the true heir to Winterweld. He only went through with all the murder, death, betrayal, and suffering of inheriting it to get the chalice to make his wish. And try to fix everything.

Therefore Luca is super jaded on everyone. And simply wants to protect his Aunt.
