I think he's specifically talking about her treating him like a child. Because of the various implications that he's a regressor he wouldn't consider himself a child but she isn't going to "see eye to eye" on that point

I dont care about his regressor status. If I were her I'd forcefully pamper him.

That said, I dont get why she has an issue with him making moves. He's smart enough to be aware of his own weak physique and rarely puts himself into physical danger. This Luca's a schemer.
