We don't actually see Celes/Celestia's forehead, where the gem would be, so we don't know if she has one or not.

To be fair, the adventurers only thought she was a demon thanks to the power radiating off of her, not because they could actually tell what she looked like beneath that cloak. Plus all of the times we've seen her she's had a sizable part of her hair covering the middle of her fore-head and side of her face, so its possible that she's the eternal dragon in human form.

As for why she can't sense her child, no idea. Maybe because it hatched she can't sense it anymore?

Anyone know how many more chapter the lil bitc-ahem-sisters are gonna be around? I am legit waiting for them to be removed from the story before reading their chapters cuz the few I read at the start of their involvement made me wanna feed em to the bugs from the fairy mead arc.

Here is the thing, anyone who is weaker can't sense the Dragon Child's power.

Only Boss was able to sense her power being of the charts.

So, if the Guild members who are much weaker power-wise than Boss, were able to sense the power of that Women, seems to suggest that she isn't a Dragon at the least.

As for the reason why the Guild members were able to identify her as a Demon. Its also possible that Demons exhibit a different sense of power which is more identifiable by those who know.
