I've read them all and there's no information about what she did to him. She basically says the same things she says in the SFW version. "I'm the worst", "What I did was unforgivable", etc. without ever giving any details.

Okay so now I looked up the said chapter isn't upload to public-ish the one that I posted only up to 12 chapters the rest of them (13-15 atm) are in the author Fantia account that you need to pay to see it the said chapter I mentioned about her bully is actually in chapter 13

It's true that the newest NSFW chapters haven't been uploaded to aggregator hentai sites yet, but there's no way to buy those individual chapters, and paying a 1000 jpy monthly subscription for what amounts to 3 pages (maybe around 6 by the end of the month) doesn't sit will with me.
Maybe the page in question will be released to an aggegator site soon. Still, I rather doubt such an important plot point would be completely left out of the SFW chapters.
