The first chapter is out on vietnamese.
The manga just released like a month ago so it might be hard to find the chapters for the translators.
There are only two chapters I think that's out right now, idk though I didn't deep dive

Aside from the idea that the mc can switch at will (kinda), the background characters also give me the same feeling as Ranma 1/2.
Wonder where this will go, things seems pretty unusual (in a good way) so far (2 chapters).

A much less known manga has a very similar theme to this one: Futaba-kun Change! The whole family can apparently switch forms, just like Futaba-kun’s family. Art style is the same as Cheeky Angel (same mangaka when I checked).

Sadly I found out this is a discontinued series that got axed after just two chapters. Bummer.
