Did she really need to sleep with the guy? Hey if she feel in love and wanted to sleep with him fine. That makes sense. But she just met the guy and slept with him. What's up with that?!

If you took that part out it would have no effect on the story! If that's the case then it isn't needed from a story standpoint.
It might have been a short snippet of the novel it's based on but I think the flow of the overall manga could have been better.

It's as though the author had this fantasy in their head and every time they continued it in their head they made slight changes or added details here and there - so when they finally decided to write it down they had no clue how to put everything they had thought up on paper and so we end up with this weird story about characters with undisclosed history acting on their feelings... although non of their emotions come across....

A few panels later they catch up with the kidnappers (don't question it) bone daddy emperor #1 'bout to lay the smackdown, talking about how he thought he got rid of scum like this in his reign, implying that this dude probably killed a lot of people, just to note these happen to be people from a neighboring country who are independent so he really shouldn't of had any jurisdiction to do any of that without starting a war at least that's what they discussed briefly in a panel or two before chucking it out the window. Not that it isn't confusing enough that they're referring to what are basically King's as emperors despite the fact that they do not rule an empire but a single country on a continent with several other countries but the siblings happen to rule different respective countries who also happen to be blood related to a mother who is referred to as an empress yet despite that, she does not appear to be the ruler of an empire either. Anyways, isekai woman basically pulls a Maggie from Hook (1991)

Maggie : [after Peter rescues her and Jack from Captain Hook] Daddy, let's go home, please? He's just a mean old man without a mommy. Jack : Yeah, dad, let's go. He can't hurt us anymore.
