I absolutely hate that the author continues to write her like this. There's obviously some change with Makoto, but the author doesn't seem interested in any development in Mikoto that doesn't have to do with her sexuality. I get it's probably meant to pander to a fetish, and the point of the chapter is that she's realizing stuff like this is boring, too, but I doubt writing about a shallow clout-chasing girl was any more fun to write than to read about.
