Yokota's character doesn't seem fully plausible. If she's strong-willed enough to get involved in another person's bullying and even physically confront a bully in person then you'd expect her to also be willing to report her bullies to the police. She seems too strong willed to continue going with the bullies blackmail and coercion, she seems more like the kind of person who would now just go to the authorities. it would be more plausible if either Yokota was portrayed as less strong willed, or if the bullies were threatening her with more than just releasing videos but were instead threatening to attack her younger siblings or something.
