@unk0damnation It wasn't made clear. Maybe the D-Balls they snorted carry the data from their previous hosts. Once all the "data" for the frenzied frogs has been absorbed into a single frog, that's when you get the chance to make your wish. Of course, this is just speculation but that's my take on it.
