The characters themselves fight among themselves to increase their “screen” time. This must be every mangaka's dream lmao.

Also, I can only once again emphasize that Jashin’s mother is her absolutely improved version. She doesn't even suck in battle, perfection.

How relatable. I think many people go through a period of their lives where they feel they're not getting enough screentime. Some people need more screentime than others too, so the problem is different from person to person. Here's hoping this upgraded alliance can give these forgotten girls the boost they deserve.

Thank you for the translation (I do love Mei and Yusa a lot. They're both so funny and pretty).

How much screentime did they get in that special chapter dedicated to them.

That rear, three-quarter view really proves that snake milfs are high ranking characters.

It's kind of telling Yukiwo doesn't know what to do with Mei, even though it's kind of obvious.

Ecute -> collection -> Atre-shaped consequences. Bish bash bosh, Mei still relevant.

Either Yukiwo either somehow forgot that subplot/character tendency or he doesn't like it anymore.

I think the problem is Mei doesn't really have any redeeming qualities or hidden depths, unlike even the biggest assholes in this series (Jashin-chan included). And is unlikely to have any, barring some rethinking of her whole character.

(Honestly, that character type has kind of run its course. I'm surprised that after all this time Mukunoki Nanatsu is still committed to the bit.)
