Her being tired of isekai stories and making him a side character to make things interesting doesn't really add up. I'm pretty sure that is the normal setting for the most part, it is pretty rare for me to find "reincarnated into a story" where they are made into the pre-existing protagonist. Most of the reincarnated I have seen that were put into the protagonists spot were not the MC.

She was probably seeing shit like the noble reincarnation one: Chronicles of an Aristocrat Reborn in Another World: The Apostle of the Gods Who Know No Self-Restraint. Actual shit

Wow, this looks like fucking ass.

Why the hell would you name your goddess Athena and then have her do something that she had nothing to do with in the mythology? Either actually spend a few seconds thinking of a name, or give her a fitting existing one.

Also, Fey's words being changed isn't interesting, it's annoying at best. I've read four manga with this theme, and only one managed not to screw it up completely.
