Sure, why not. Such a thing isn't all that uncommon if you think about it. Slander, conspiracy, espionage, inciting, plotting, disturbing the peace, etc... are all potential conversations you can be arrested for. Or in some countries, speaking bad or against a political leader, a noble family, or criticizing the current state of affairs can land you in jail or worse.
