@DefinitelyAHuman The "Ilecan Fried" might refer to the fried foods he taught the Commerce Guild to make back around Chapters 14-17. It looks like he made potato chips and Karintō.

"Jigoku Mimi" basically translates to "Hellish Ears" or "The Devil's Ears" and is a reference to the myth that devils can hear all things in the world because they're constantly on the lookout for falsehoods to punish.
