Technically, this was a waste of a release.
I guess they wanted to use the better Quality Volume release pages, but they shouldn't have named it "nips version" since there was no censorship in the original version itself as no nip-show in this chapter. Same for Chapter 41 & 42 as well.
Only Chapter 40 originally had censorship because it showed the nips.

For those wondering why this is labeled as a nips version:

for someone reading from chapter 1 and on, if there is no "uncensored" entry for a certain chapter, the website will redirect to the "censored" version, and the reader will have to manually switch to the "uncensored" version, for the following chapters, each time that happens. So, to avoid that, I also upload an "uncensored" chapter even if it's no different.
A while ago, I created an manga entry reserved for the "uncensored" chapters only, but the admins didn't like that, so they merged the chapters.

The above comment mentions why they do it, but also worth mentioning, there's two different names he uses for chaps: "nips ver" means there's nipples, "nips ver route" means there aren't any, and it's just an upload to keep the reading path of the nips ver stable.
