Basically softcore timestop hentai without the hentai part (thus the Ecchi tag) so don't take the story or characters too seriously otherwise you won't have a fun time reading this.

If you're looking for your general isekai trash to self-insert yourself into then it's 10/10.

After the initial shock value, nothing really happens with this story. The MC doesn't continue to innovate and use his powers in new and clever ways. It's like the author ran out of ideas after the first 10 chapters, and it turns into the most generic isekai. There's no progression after chapter 5 and it's simply a grind fest.

This manga is ok. It has a slow start cause the MC himself have no idea of what is happening and what he is supposed to do. He is clueless and confused as much as the readers.
But there is continuity between chapters and a plot take form as chapters goes by.

This manga is fuckin HILARIOUS and awful in all the RIGHT ways. It's basically a story where the MC has a time limit to do SOMETHING that causes a "Stage Clear", dark clouds pop up, fireworks pop up with "STAGE CLEAR" in the skies.
He abuses his Time Stop controller, as would we, and does sexual stuff, as he is a teenage boy, with all sorts of women, be they general villages and shop owners, or the most powerful women in existence, while they are frozen in time. He finds whatever way he can to complete his objectives before his timer runs out. He does as many side objectives as he can, like we would in our own games, and again, just does whatever it takes to complete his objectives, saving people that he can, and avoid dying.
It's almost always hilarious, with few objectively serious plot points.
