Japan sure has a lot of 'stigmatized' properties. I wonder if they hire miko/monks/exorcists/etc to do some kinda exorcism/cleansing and get to upcharge again lol

Comedy? I wonder if she'll actually get hurt versus her lack of sixth sense making her 'immune' lol (tho i wonder what happens when they fully just tear down the property or so and make into an empty lot)

Common "folk" beliefs is that if you disturb the stigmatized / haunted house, the ghosts will follow you and hurt you specifically.

I was wondering why the chapter repeated itself (besides the initial panels in the repetition showing them entering the room). But then I finally saw a change from the first half in the page 14 - where they suddenly show oneesan actually running a hair-dryer behind her back (back in page 5 mangaka had cropped it so it was really hard to spot).
That must be what mangaka meant by "did you see what happened?" - they had hidden the hairdryer we otherwise only heard about through dialogue.

Still, don't get the point of repeating the same chapter twice just to reveal such a tiny little detail. Could just have simply not half-hidden it the first time around, and the second copy would have been possible to skip entirely...
