So they cornered his master when he was still using that sword and not even a sage yet. Seems like they got off lucky they fought him so early on otherwise there would have been no survivors. I can see that the king was expectant that the village would have people to reign in MC's OP nature but thats just a big old no.
It's like they totally forgotten the XXX years of training Suiboku did after abandoning that sword. Or that even while he had the sword, he could levitate a mountain. That pretty much sums out how OP he is. Just ask, can you defend against a mountain falling on you? No? Yeah, that's right.
@Ovnidemon that's the problem with her entire existence. Her Berserk is the default and something she'll never be able to control without the Hex Curse applied to her. She's actually quite meek when she's not zerking around.
or in more simpler, technical weakness, being hungry and running out of energy.
All berserkers in that world are short lived due to them burning themselves fast enough that it's actually a miracle they can have a descendant.
for Suiboku
Suiboku during that time Suiboku is already OP that can level mountains and shizz. That village at that time was also full of OP Martial Artists that basically ganked Suiboku just to corner him. Suiboku just Fus Ro Dah the shizz out of that village though
So Brauer x Sansui married talk is still going forward, well at last Rain will have a little brother/sister and a mother figure, so when Sansui fulfill his mission (he is just there until Rain can support herself right?) she isnt lonely anymore.
@Nakanowatari because this shows how transparent and volatile Sansui's trust towards his "owners". Sansui already showed his capabilities and they know fully well that they don't want that power pointed at them. It bothers them a lot too since they're kinda expecting Sansui to ask rewards ('cause you know, classic medieval story stuff. Do well and ask rewards from the nobles for your good deeds).
But Sansui's humbleness leaves 'em on a bind where they have to figure out how to "satisfy" him and retain that loyalty without overstepping boundaries and basically, to keep the status quo. 'Cause if they screw it up, high chance Sansui will just "vanish" with probably some serious consequences.
@Q_oniichan I hate you but the intent's accurate and I love it xD
