Motoka-sensei is one of my favs mangaka, he is great, all of his work is really worth your time.

@neoxonfire - I read/reread every single chapter on Patreon. What may have happened since then I cannot say. I just logged in and was able to scroll through the first 35 chapters and the last dozen or so without half trying.

My guess: the chapters are not consistently tagged. Clear all the filters and order from oldest to newest, and start reading.
