So, no one mentioned the obvious? That she is literally a bitch, aka a female dog, but isn't bitchy? Weird. Anyway, that was a really cute chapter.

That would actually make for a really funny story. The MC is just sitting talking to his friends and says "man, my girlfriend is a bitch" and everyone's like woah don't be like that, I'm sure she isn't that bad, and then the next panel she walks into the room and she has dog ears and everything lol.
