Yeah I agree, the notes were fun, I think you should keep doing them. They're not particularly intrusive, being so small in text and it's a comedy series so it fits the tone. Obviously if this was something like The Summer You Were There or Three Days of Happiness, I could understand foregoing the funny notes, but for a comedy? Go for it

Some people enjoy the notes, over people don't, imo, the best middle ground is to concentrate them at a page at the end so people that one to read can, and people want to ignore can read without interruption. (Edit: doesn't apply to real TL notes btw, those are fine in the chapter itself if they're small)

I prefer the notes cuz it gives more personality to each scanlation group, but I don't think a minority should be ignored either.
