Yeah. Possible that the boss fight occurred recently from Majiko's perspective. But a lot of people from that moment aren't with them. Zane, Hibana, Midori, Snow, Gai's other pilot, and most importantly, Gloria's baby. Dolman is there, so it would be strange not to show the baby to him if the baby is still with them.

As for the Nemuro part of Memento Rei, idk. Time is so confusing in this universe. You could be right. But I also know by now that the author doesn't give special treatment to his FMCs...
