Last i heard there was some sort of legal issues between the mangaka and publisher, no idea if that's true though

I think Shirou was just fed up with the increasingly harsh restrictions of the previous magazine, hence the shift to Young Champion Retsu. So for all intents and purposes this is the main series now. Hopefully the translations keep coming, the latest couple raw chapters are wild including Magiko getting gangbanged by malformed dominator rejects.
