How very specific, I too would like to describe scents in such a manner. This dog I met smelled like the street corner on 53rd next to the bakery and drycleaners with a hint of 7 day old abandoned water bottle.
Reminds me of Funes the Memorious by J.L. Borges.
It's a short story about a guy with such prodigious memory that impaired his capacity for generalisations. To the point that he could not believe that the dog sitting next to him at one moment was the same dog that was laying down next to him minutes later because they were not "exactly" the same.
This story is also often used as example of "Overfitting" of a dataset on AI models.

If you like weirdly specific scents, you'll love the Maison Margiela Replica stuff. There's also a bunch of niche perfumeries like Zoologist that do all sorts of stuff that doesn't even necessarily smell good but is evocative. Even Dior made Fahrenheit, which smells very specifically and intentionally like iris and gasoline, and YSL made Kouros which is supposed to smell like a bed after gay sex.
