I think the FL has ADHD in her past life, and being a kid just amplify that. ADHD is a disorder where a person exhibits either inattention, hyperactivity-impulsivity, or both. They cannot focus on things, pick up cues or stay still, and are generally bad at organizing. Even though I understand that most people find them annoying, people with ADHD are a real deal and do not deserve the hate for something they have no control over.
