Other the other hand, I have to give some respect to a lady who can unearth and weaponize someone's insecurities over the course of a 30 second conversation. A much more competent oponent than Heronia ever was. Shame she was within earshot of Cecil, though.

not many examples in this time of otome isekai really, but zatch bell's sequel has been as much of a joy to read as the original. at least so far

I disagree. This one is better. Simply because they are finally married and can flirt and dote as much as they wish, without any annoying romance drama like what the heroine in the original + bertias intent to give up, tried to do.

Good bye any chance that girl had of becoming a royal, by the time tia and cecil leave the country if shes not destitute or in jail at the very least I would be shocked, and all because she had to open her big mouth

eh, I don't think things are that bad for her. If anything, cecil finding out about her and taking offense probably saved her from those things.
The future queen and her future sister-in-law-in-law won't have too deep of a grudge against her for messing with the sister-in-law-in-law, since she'll stop at this point.
Likewise, she was also warned rather strongly about being too high-handed when it comes to stuff such as heirlooms, which would easily mark you as a menace and have people want to drag you down at any slightest chance. So will probably learn to be more subtle in what she does, with some limits to avoid serious consequences.

Bertia explained that there's no sequel for the first story, instead this is from a light novel bertia has once read in her previous world. Somehow the two got merged into a single world

Out of all the Isekai that have got anime how has this been overlooked? I enjoy Bakarina, but this story is so much better.
